Orders & Returns
The easiest way to place an order is online using our secure payment process. Simply add your products to the shopping cart and then follow the checkout and payment options.
If you are unable to place an order online, you may email your order, or order enquiry to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our customer services team will then make contact with you to assist you and take payment over the phone.
All items you order are insured by us until you take and sign for delivery, when they become your responsibility. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your purchases. We recommend any items you return are sent using insured postage and you retain proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
We hope you will be delighted with your order but if not, below are the options available to return any unwanted or damaged items.
UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order for any products at any time, up to the end of the seventh working day following the day that you received the products. You do not need to give any reason for your cancellation but products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging in resaleable condition. If the goods have already been dispatched please return them to us - we recommend any items you return are sent using insured postage and you retain proof of postage until your refund has been processed. Please note that delivery charges, postage and/or carriage charges are not refunded.

Unwanted Products (30 day returns policy)
To obtain a full refund, excluding all delivery charges, postage and/or carriage charges, products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging in perfect resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Carefully pack the unwanted items in the original outer packaging ensuring they are well protected. We advise you obtain and retain proof of postage until your return has been credited.
All returned goods are inspected on arrival and once checked and approved, your refund will be processed. You will receive email confirmation of your refund. Please note - items returned in a non-resaleable condition cannot be accepted and will be returned back to you and your refund will not be authorised.
Please note that delivery charges, postage and/or carriage charges are not refunded.
Returning Damaged Goods
Every effort will be made to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Should your goods arrived damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible (within 7 days of receipt of the goods) to notify us of the problem.
Then, return the goods to us by registered post or courier, retaining proof of postage until your exchange/refund has been processed. Returned items will be carefully checked and if found faulty or damaged, the replacement items will be sent out immediately. If the items are found to be undamaged, they cannot be accepted back if the packaging has been opened so will be returned to you.
